作者研究了铸造铝硅合金及其含石墨颗粒的复合材料与GCr15钢干滑动摩擦时的金属转移特性。结果表明,在给定的相同条件下,复合材料对钢摩擦副的金属相互转移量比基体合金对钢摩擦副的少;两种摩擦副的金属相互转移量均随法向载荷的增加而增大。此外,作者还就金属转移对配副双方摩擦磨损的影响进行了初步的分析和讨论。
The authors studied the metal transfer properties of cast Al-Si alloys and their graphite-particle-containing composites with GCr15 dry sliding friction. The results show that under the same given conditions, the amount of metal transfer from the composite to the steel friction pair is less than that from the matrix alloy to the steel friction pair. The mutual metal transfer between the two friction pairs increases with the increase of normal load Big. In addition, the author also carried out a preliminary analysis and discussion on the influence of metal transfer on the friction and wear of both sides.
