2011年是“十二五”开局之年,我国农村集体“三资”管理和财务管理规范化建设,伴随着农业农村经济社会发展也取得了骄人成绩。按照农业部办公厅《关于开展农村集体“三资”管理和财务管理规范化建设检查调研的通知》的要求和安排,2011年5月起,经管司、经管总站在全国范围内组织开展了农村集体“三资”管理和财务
