以我国31个地区的公共图书馆为研究对象,在构建各地区公共图书馆服务水平评价指标体系的基础上,运用灰色关联综合评价分析法,对各地区公共图书馆服务水平进行综合评价,研究表明:我国各地区公共图书馆服务水平的区域差距较突出,影响我国各地区公共图书馆服务水平的四大因素从强到弱的顺序为资源条件、读者服务、服务效果、基础设施。资源条件、读者服务是决定我国各地区公共图书馆服务水平高低的重要因素,人均拥有公共图书馆藏书册数等是限制资源条件的重要因素。
Taking the public libraries in 31 regions of our country as the research object, on the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of the service level of public libraries in all regions, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the service level of public libraries in all regions by using the gray relational comprehensive evaluation method. It shows that the disparity in the service level of public libraries in various regions of our country is prominent. The four factors that affect the service level of public libraries in various regions in our country are resource conditions, service of readers, service effects and infrastructure. Resource conditions and service of readers are important factors that determine the service level of public libraries in various regions of our country. Per capita possession of books in public libraries is an important factor that limits resource conditions.
