目的 :了解性服务男性顾客的社会背景 ,艾滋病相关行为及其行为意识。方法 :在社区和性病门诊分别通过“滚雪球”抽样和方便样本招募 37名性服务男性顾客 ,对其进行个人深入访谈。结果 :性服务男性顾客大多为 2 5~ 4 0岁 ,初中文化以上的已婚成年男性。 6 4 .86 %的被访者认为寻求商业性服务是一种正常和普遍的现象。发生商业性行为的原因包括内因和外因两方面 ,内因指个人人格特征 ,外因包括生理需求、职业、收入和年龄。商业性行为中每次使用安全套的比例不足三分之一 ,阻碍安全套使用的因素包括 :缺乏快感、与商业性伴相互信任以及当时身边没有安全套等。结论 :性服务男性顾客来自社会各个阶层 ,他们是可以接近和研究的 ,能够作为艾滋病行为干预的目标人群。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the social background, HIV-related behaviors and behavioral awareness of male clients for sexual services. METHODS: 37 sex-service male clients were recruited in community and STD clinics through “Snowball” sampling and handy samples, respectively, for personal in-depth interviews. Results: Most male clients of sexual service were 25- 40 years old and married adult men above junior middle school. 6 4.86% of respondents considered seeking commercial services as a normal and common phenomenon. The causes of commercial sexual behavior include internal and external factors, internal refers to the personal personality traits, external causes include physical needs, occupation, income and age. There are less than one-third of every commercial use of condoms. Factors that hinder the use of condoms include lack of pleasure, trust with business partners, and lack of condoms around them. CONCLUSIONS: Male clients for sexual services come from all sectors of society and are accessible and researched as target populations for HIV / AIDS behavioral interventions.
