目的:分析比较桑树药材各部位与主根根皮中芪类成分的含量,并对其相关性进行研究,为富含芪类桑树品种选育过程中使主根继续生长繁殖,而采用桑树其他部位芪类成分含量估测主根根皮的芪类成分含量提供理论依据。方法:以桑树中3个主要的芪类成分桑皮苷A、氧化白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇为指标,采用高效液相色谱法对桑树药材各部位中主要芪类成分含量进行测定,并对桑树药材各部位间及与主根根皮中的芪类成分含量进行相关与回归分析。结果:桑树药材各部位间所含3个芪类成分含量大部分显著相关。在与主根根皮的关系中,桑树药材各部位所含氧化白藜芦醇均与主根根皮中含量显著相关;除了一年生枝条髓,各部位白藜芦醇含量均与主根根皮中含量显著相关;一年生枝条树皮与侧根所含桑皮苷A含量与主根根皮中含量显著相关。相关与回归分析显示,桑树药材各部位与主根根皮之间的桑皮苷A、氧化白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇呈显著的正相关。结论:桑树药材各部位中的芪类成分含量分布大部分显著相关,在富含芪类桑树品种选育过程中为了使主根继续生长繁殖,可以采用桑树其他部位芪类成分含量估测主根根皮的芪类成分含量。

CONCLUSION: Most of the contents of stilbene components in mulberry medicinal plants are mostly related to each other.
