菌种的优劣是食用菌生产成败的关键。故菌种的有效保藏方法历来为人们所重视。为了寻求符合于平菇类的保种要求,我们从实际出发,选用了6种保藏方法,在低温、常温两种条件下,对6个平菇菌种进行了比较试验。
The pros and cons of bacteria is the key to the success or failure of mushroom production. Therefore, the effective preservation of species has always been people’s attention. In order to seek to meet the requirements of preserving the quality of Pleurotus ostreatus, we selected six kinds of preservation methods from the actual conditions, and conducted comparative experiments on six Pleurotus ostreatus species under the conditions of low temperature and normal temperature.
