何为党报性质,晚报风格?我们认为,党报,即中国共产党的机关报,是中国共产党主办的,以“报告新闻,揭载评论,定期为公众刊行”的出版物。所谓晚报,是以刊载社会新闻和评论为主的出版物。也可能是有党派性的,也可能是无党派性的,一般说来是无党派性的。如果说它们的区别主要是“性质”的不同,作为报纸,又都是面对读者“报告新闻,揭载评论,定期为公众而刊行”的出版物。当然,它们的内容、风格是有很大差别的。党报的宣传主次十分鲜明,有较强的指导性、思想性、政策性。晚报的社会性、知识性、趣味性、文学性在报纸系统中为最。它的优势就在于“靠近生活,面向社会,接近群众”。坚持党报性质,发扬晚报风格,是在坚持党报性质的基础上,借鉴晚报的经验,发挥晚报优势,吸吮晚报味道,办出富有地方城市特色的机关报来。邢台晨报为了在坚持党报性质的前提下发扬晚报
