西德钢铁协会代表团一行7人由其主席胡夫纳哥尔博士率领,于4月9～20日来我国访问.谷牧副总理接见了他们.代表团的来访,增进了双方的相互了解和友谊.访问期间,由叶志强理事长和胡夫纳哥尔主席正式签订了“中华人民共和国中国金属学会与德意志联邦共和国钢铁协会科学技术合作协议”.代表团成员分别就冶金工厂的企业组织、冶金过程脱硫、真空处理、电渣重熔、材料工艺领域的发展以及西德科研工作情况作了学术报告,并进行了座谈交流.1. 介绍了西德钢铁企业组织管理经验.西德钢铁协会生产工艺研究所所长莫梅尔茨教授介绍了这方面经验,他认为:企业组织要在经济原则下进行考虑,以最大的经济收益为目的,使生产消耗最少而收益最多.要考虑供、产、销三个基本环节的
Seven members of the delegation from West Germany Iron & Steel Association were led by its chairman, Dr. Khunenagar, to visit China from April 9 to 20. Vice Premier Gu Mu met with them and the delegation’s visit enhanced mutual understanding and cooperation between the two sides Friendship. During the visit, President Ye Zhiqiang and Chairman Khufjargar formally signed the Agreement on Science and Technology Cooperation between the China Society for Metals and the Iron and Steel Association of the Federal Republic of Germany. The members of the delegation respectively signed an agreement on the business organization of the metallurgical factory , Metallurgical process of desulfurization, vacuum treatment, ESR, the development of materials technology and scientific research work in Western Germany made an academic report, and conducted a discussion exchange .1 Describes the management experience of steel enterprises in West Germany.
