吉林铁合金厂经过多年努力,已建成两座封闭炉及煤气回收利用配套设施,一座矮烟罩炉及余热锅炉系统。1979年7月起,陆续投入运转,现在每天能回收优质煤气12万标米~3(发热值2500大卡/标米~3)和蒸汽159吨,按该厂目前对这些回收能源的实际使用情况计算,每天节约焦炭费用1625元,节约蒸汽费用1637元,合计每天节约费用3252元,一年以有效利用300天计,则可节约价值约一百万元。
