天津港第一港埠公司是一家历史悠久的国营老企业,人员多,负担重,泊位少,资金缺。但是,自1994以来,该公司在新领导班子的带领下,抓好主业,发展三产,深化改革,强化管理,加大投入,超前思维,使公司生产高效运转,经济效益明显增长,职工收入有较大提高。实践表明,国营港口老企业只要坚持深化改革,就一定会走出困境,开辟发展新天地。为此,本刊特发表该公司总经理张仁杰的体会文章,值得一读。
