目的：总结椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘髓核摘除术中转开放手术的原因，探讨相应对策。方法回顾分析2012年6月至2015年8月，我科实施的80例椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术的病例资料，其中有3例失败，中转为开放性手术的患者，通过分析其失败原因，制订相应的对策。结果3例中转开放手术的原因分别为：出血、疼痛及硬膜外高压。结论通过分析中转开放的原因，制订相应的对策，能更好地指导临床工作，避免类似情况的发生。“,”Objective To identify the reasons of failed discectomy with transforaminal endoscope for lumbar intervertebral disc, and discuss the appropriate treatment. Methods A total of 80 cases underwent discectomy with transforaminal endoscope. Three cases of failed discectomy with transforaminal endoscope from June 2012 to August 2015 were analyzed to identify the reasons and describe the treatment. Results The reasons of failed discectomy were bleeding, pain, and intracranial hypertension. Conclusions To avoid its occurrence, the failure reasons need to be analyzed and appropriate treatment should be scheduled for clinical guidance.
