常用于治疗闭角型青光眼的手术方法有小粱切除术、深层巩膜咬切术和虹膜周边切除术,其它尚有虹膜嵌顿术、灼滤术等不太常用。小粱切除术及深层巩膜咬切术能广泛地应用于临床,因为它们的并发症少,适应范围广,不但适用于各种闭角型青光眼,也可用于开角性、发育性和续发性青光眼。小梁切除术的临床疗效,以及深层巩膜咬切术的临床疗效和并发症已分别有较多的报道。但以小梁切除术与深层巩膜咬切术作对比研究的还不多。本文将我院1984年8月～1986年11月施行的小梁切
