一例78岁男性主诉2周来右眼持续性疼痛和炎症。他患白内障多年。右眼经检查为过熟期白内障,眼压54mmHg,房角开放,有严重的前部葡萄膜炎。左眼晶体已摘出。初步印象为右眼晶体溶解性青光眼。药物治疗几天后,眼压逐渐降至20～25mmHg。一周后,在局麻下行右眼囊外摘出术。术中后囊膜破裂,遂行前玻璃体切割术,并植入前房型人工晶体。术后12小时绷带周围渗血。每次换绷带时均有大量凝血块,似乎来自结膜血管。加压包
