在对待孩子的问题上,很多人都认为自己是充满着爱和关怀的,尤其是当父母和当老师的。而实际情况呢?每每这么一追问,我就会想起德国作家凯斯特纳的一句话:“很多很多人像对待一顶旧帽子一样把自己的童年丢在一边,把它们像一个不用了的电话号码那样忘得一干二净。以前他们都曾经是孩子,后来他们都长大了,可他们现在又如何呢?只有那些已经长大,但却仍然保持了童心的人,才是真正的人。”从这位安徒生儿童文学奖得主的话中,我们不难得到这样一个启示:保持一颗童心!只有保持了一颗童心,方能成为一个正常的成人;只有保持了一颗童心,方能成为一名合格的教师!只有能让童心舒展,方能成为真正的学校!只有让孩子永葆童心,这才是真正的素质!
