国际海事组织海上环境保护委员会第32届会议于1992年3月2日至6日在海事组织总部举行。会议主席是A.Wallace(美国)。有51个国家、联系会员香港、4个政府间组织和18个非政府间组织派代表或观察员出席会议。海安会和散化分委会主席也出席了会议。会议议程共20项。中国代表团参加了会议全部议程的讨论,并派员参加了议程6和7的新油轮设计和对待现有油轮条款工作组的工作(即第13F条和第13G条)。会议的主要情况如下:
The 32nd Session of the Maritime Safety Committee of the International Maritime Organization was held at IMO headquarters from March 2 to 6, 1992. The chairman of the meeting is A. Wallace (USA). In 51 countries, associate members Hong Kong, four intergovernmental organizations and 18 non-governmental organizations were represented or observers. Maritime Security and Sanitation Chairman also attended the meeting. A total of 20 agenda items. The Chinese delegation participated in the discussion on the full agenda of the meeting and sent staff to participate in the design of new tanker vessels on agenda items 6 and 7 and to treat the working group on existing tanker terms (ie, Articles 13F and 13G).
