目的对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)并发心肌损害的临床特征及治疗方法进行分析。方法对我院收治的HIE并发心肌损害60例进行心肌酶谱检测及临床观察与评价。结果HIE心肌酶谱明显增高,且与病情程度呈正相关。P<0.01有统计学意义。全部病例在综合治疗的基础上加用1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)治疗。93.33%病儿7-10天症状,体征消失,心肌酶谱恢复正常。治愈56例,好转2例,自动出院1例,死亡1例。结论HIE合并心肌损害是可逆的。经积极治疗,心肌酶谱可完全恢复正常。不遗留任何心脏功能后遗症。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) complicated with myocardial damage. Methods Sixty patients with HIE complicated with myocardial damage admitted to our hospital were tested for myocardial enzymes and clinical observation and evaluation. Results HIE myocardial enzymes were significantly increased, and with the severity of the disease was positively correlated. P <0.01 was statistically significant. All cases were treated with fructose-1,6-diphosphate (FDP) on the basis of comprehensive treatment. 93.33% sick children 7-10 days symptoms, signs disappeared, myocardial enzymes returned to normal. 56 cases were cured, 2 cases improved, 1 case was discharged automatically and 1 case died. Conclusions HIE with myocardial damage is reversible. After active treatment, myocardial enzymes can be completely restored to normal. Do not leave any heart function sequelae.
