目的 为了解蔺草加工业劳动卫生现状,预防蔺草染土粉尘的危害。方法 采用整群抽样的方法对一定规模的蔺草加工企业的一线在岗工人进行问卷调查,并进行必要的环境测定。结果 蔺草加工业车间粉尘总尘平均浓度为20.88mg/m3,呼吸性粉尘浓度为8.38mg/m3,以进仓、拔草等工序最为严重,污染重的工种多为外地民工。工人缺乏必要的防护意识和措施。男性有44.5%吸烟。工人咳嗽、咳痰症状发生率在10%以上,呼吸道症状与吸烟、工种、接尘工龄存在密切联系。结论 蔺草加工业粉尘污染十分严重,预防措施和管理须及时加强。
Objective To understand the status quo of labor hygiene in Rush industry and to prevent the harm of Rush dust. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on frontline workers of a certain size Rush processing enterprise and carry out the necessary environmental measurement. Results The average dust dust concentration in rush workshop was 20.88mg / m3 and the concentration of respirable dust was 8.38mg / m3. Most of the workers were in the process of entering the warehouse and drawing the weeds. Most of the workers with heavy pollution were migrant workers in the field. Workers lack the necessary protection awareness and measures. 44.5% of men smoke. Workers cough, sputum symptoms in more than 10%, respiratory symptoms and smoking, types of work, there is a close contact with the working age. Conclusion Lin dust pollution industry is very serious, preventive measures and management must be promptly strengthened.
