在就业压力日渐加大的今天,女性由于社会传统观念的影响和独特的生理构造,就业问题更显突出,笔者认为创业培训与女性职业培训的接轨是解决女性就业问题的一个有效途径。本文论述了创业培训接轨女性职业培训的意义、途径及应该注意的问题。
With the increasing employment pressure, the employment problem of women is more prominent due to the influence of traditional social concepts and the unique physiological structure. The author believes that the integration of entrepreneurship training and female vocational training is an effective way to solve the problem of female employment. This article discusses the significance, ways and problems that should be paid attention to in vocational training for entrepreneurship training.
