52例SMI和22例正常人对照研究发现:31例Ⅲ型SMI的高、中和低切变率下的表观粘度、血浆粘度和红细胞内粘度以及心肌总缺血负荷时间均高于或长于21例Ⅰ型SMI(P<0.05~0.01)。提示无心绞痛发作的Ⅰ型SMI的血液流变特性异常程度轻和心肌总缺血负荷时间较短。
52 cases of SMI and 22 cases of normal control study found that: 31 cases of type Ⅲ SMI under high, medium and low shear rate of apparent viscosity, plasma viscosity and intra-erythrocyte viscosity and myocardial ischemic load time is higher or longer than 21 cases of type I SMI (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). It suggests that the type Ⅰ SMI without angina pectoris has abnormal degree of abnormality of blood rheology and short myocardial ischemic load.
