长城特殊钢股份有限公司企业文化建设经过多年的实践,已经自成特色,不仅有了一套深入人心的理念系统,而且还在职工中形成了一套行为规范系统。企业文化在企业生产经营中发挥了积极的作用。在股份制企业中,如何使企业文化建设进一步深化,如何继续寻找建设企业文化的“桥”和“路”,使之迈上新的台阶?这是长钢企业文化面临的新挑战。总结我们自己的实践,我们认为,把长钢质量管理中的“三工序”活动作为企业文化建设新的切入点,建设良好的质量文化,是长钢适应市场,立于不败之地的保证。
