6月17日,省公安厅发出通知,要求各市地公安机关认真贯彻执行《山东省商店(场)消防安全管理办法》(下简称《办法》)。 通知指出,《办法》的公布实施,是我省公安法制建设的一件大事,是今后我省商店(场)消防安全监督管理的重要法律依据。近几年随着第三产业的发展,我省商店(场)火灾损失一直居于各行业之首,重、特大火灾时有发生,给国家和人民生命财产造成严重损失。
On June 17, the Provincial Public Security Department issued a circular calling on the public security organs in all localities to conscientiously implement the “Measures for the Administration of Fire Safety in Stores (Field) in Shandong Province” (the “Measures”). The circular pointed out that the promulgation and implementation of the Measures is a major issue for the construction of public security and legal system in our province and an important legal basis for the supervision and administration of fire safety in the shops (farms) of our province in the future. In recent years, along with the development of the tertiary industry, the fire loss in the shops (fields) of our province has always occupied the first place in various industries. Heavy and severe fires have occurred from time to time, causing serious losses to the life and property of the country and its people.
