(一) 我国人才学兴起,是改革开放以来出现的新现象;但是对人才问题、尤其是人如何成才问题的研究却很早,古已有之:不过不如改革开放人才学兴起之后对这一问题如此热门,如此自觉,如此丰富,如此成果累累。这是改革开放20多年以来人才辈出、大量涌现的万花筒中,应运而生的一道最亮丽的风景线之一。 在改革开放以来祖国各项建设生动活跃、万马奔腾的欣欣向荣景观中,起主导作用的人,是人才,是千军万马的人才大军;他们在其中涌动,自强不息,每日每时每刻都在工作、学习的实践中增长
