对于俄罗斯来说,“新危机”是相对2008年国际金融危机的新一轮经济颓势,此情形夹杂着内外因素,一方面是欧美的经济制裁,另一方面是俄罗斯长期以来的经济积弊。在这样的背景下,俄罗斯企业将面临种种挑战,当然,挑战背后也具有潜在的机遇,因为无论从哪方面来说,俄罗斯企业都被裹挟进了一个新的发展周期,从大型企业到中小型企业势必会在这危机四伏的周期里适应形势而作出调整,同时,政府“反危机计划”的实施将协助俄罗斯企业在未来实现真正发展。
