本文对中外公路网发展状况作了对比,并介绍了当今世界公路建设发展趋势。在着重阐述加速发展中国高等级公路建设的必要性和紧迫性的同时简述了“八五”公路建设的情况,提出了中国公路建设的设想。
This article compares the development of the road network between China and foreign countries and introduces the trend of highway construction in the world today. While emphasizing on the necessity and urgency of speeding up the development of high-grade highways in China, this paper briefly describes the situation of highway construction in the Eighth Five-Year Plan and puts forward the idea of highway construction in China.
