在东北老工业基地改造过程中,融资难是一个重大的障碍。本文认为东北老工业基地改造可以利用东北国企多,机械设备陈旧,闲置多的情况,实行出售回租的业务,利用租期短、频率高的经营性租赁业务,回租需要利用的设备,既可以解决东北地区大型设备闲置的问题,又可以充分的融资,满足现金流,加速改造东北老工业基地的进程。
