介绍了步进电机细分驱动原理和多普勒激光测量仪工作原理,并在此基础上介绍了激光闭环变步距步进伺服系统的构成及工作原理。实验结果表明,本系统具有控制精度高、稳定性好的特点,适应高精度数控机床的要求。
Introduced the subdivision driving principle of stepping motor and working principle of Doppler laser measuring instrument, and introduced the structure and working principle of the laser closed loop variable step stepping servo system. The experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of high control precision and good stability, and meets the requirements of high-precision CNC machine tools.
