通过圆柱/平面型单螺杆压缩机运行近8800小时来研究其材料及轴承技术。要求机组在无油、水润滑的条件下工作。碳素/石墨轴承安装在水润滑的压缩机内,具有良好的性能。星轮材料为尼龙与玻璃纤维的叠层材料。该压缩机的设计特点是进一步发展了船用低压(125 lb/in~2)和高压(3000 lb/in~2)水润滑单螺杆压缩机。
Through the cylindrical / planar single screw compressor running nearly 8800 hours to study its materials and bearing technology. Requires the unit in oil-free, water-lubricated conditions. Carbon / graphite bearings installed in water-lubricated compressors, with good performance. Star wheel material for nylon and glass fiber laminated materials. The compressor is designed to further develop marine single screw compressors for water lubrication at low (125 lb / in ~ 2) and high pressure (3000 lb / in ~ 2).
