我们采用胰岛素治疗肝硬化腹水症15例,得取较满意疗效。选择了临床上肝硬化腹水诊断明确的病人51例。其中1例腹水2年余;1例高度腹水伴右胸腔大量积液,出现呼吸困难。用5％～10％葡萄糖500ml胰岛素8 Iu、10％氯化钾10ml混合后静点,速度为60滴/分,每口1次,两周为1疗程。间隔1周后进行另1疗程,治疗需两疗程以上。同时适当补充维生素C及B族维生素。其中两例在治疗头10天内加用少
