紫外线(UV)照射除了对DNA 的作用外,还能引起细胞膜的变化和改变细胞表面抗原的修饰,干扰不同细胞之间的相互作用和干扰抗原提呈及淋巴因子的释放,上述作用机制至今尚不清楚.最近研究表明,在移植模型中,UV 照射可改变供体组织的免疫力和受者的免疫反应,故可明显影响供体或宿主间的相互作用.在本实验中,我们用细胞内Ca~(2+)变化作为观察不同细胞对UV 反应的参数.材料和方法
