目的:观察和比较骨形成蛋白(BMP)对牙周膜细胞(PDLC)在不同根片上生长的生物学效应。方法:应用了细胞培养和扫描电镜等技术。结果:在离体的牙周病患牙根面上PDLC附着和增殖数量明显低于正常牙根面,细胞生长状态也较差;但经BMP作用后,其数量明显增殖至与正常牙几无差别。结论:证实BMP对PDLC确实是一种有效的促生长因子。还提示BMP的促附着和促增殖作用有所差异,表现在促增殖作用更为显著
Objective: To observe and compare the biological effects of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) on the growth of periodontal ligament cells (PDLC) on different root chips. Methods: Cell culture and scanning electron microscopy were used. Results: The numbers of PDLC attachment and proliferation in the periodontal root surface of patients with PD were significantly lower than that of the normal tooth root surface, and the cell growth status was also poor. However, after BMP treatment, the number of PDLC cells proliferated significantly to the same extent as normal ones. Conclusion: It is confirmed that BMP is indeed a potent pro-growth factor for PDLC. Prompted BMP also promote the role of adhesion and proliferation are different, the role of promoting proliferation is more significant
