Background information ● January 5, 2010, Guangdong Provincial Party Committee Secretary Wang Yang at the Sixth Plenary Session of the Tenth Provincial Party Committee proposed that Guangdong will focus on cultivating five 100 projects to the construction of the top 500 modern industry projects to lead the province’s modern industrial system development . ● On May 24, 2010, the list of the top 500 modern industry in Guangdong was officially announced.
