柬埔寨政府已经决定把磅逊港建设成一个10平方公里的免税区,这个免税区内将分别设置飞机场、工业区、码头、游乐区、住宅区及行政区。目前,新加坡已经同意协助改善磅逊港的码头设施,而法国则提出“新香港”免税区的初步计划。 现阶段磅逊市的发展重点,分别是进出口旅游和投资设厂,同时,政府已决定把磅逊建设成一个免税区,并希望外商前来投资自来水、电力、电信及公路等基础设施。
The Cambodian government has decided to build Bastion Port into a 10-square-kilometer free zone that will include airports, industrial zones, docks, recreational areas, residential areas and administrative districts. At present, Singapore has agreed to help improve the pier facilities in Kho Seng, while France has proposed a preliminary plan for a “new Hong Kong” duty-free zone. At this stage, the key points for the development of the city of Kampuchea are: import and export tourism and investment in factories. At the same time, the government has decided to build Pound Hill into a duty free zone and hope that foreign investors will invest in infrastructures such as running water, electricity, telecommunications and highways.
