△我国恢复关贸总协定缔约国地位的进展情况 1947年,中国参加签署了“关税与贸易协定”,成为关贸总协定原始缔约国之一。1950年3月台湾当局非法宣布退出关贸总协定。1965年台湾当局又非法申请加入,以观察员身份列席了关贸总协定缔约国第22届大会。1971年10月因我国恢复了在联合国的合法席位,关贸总协定随即取消了台湾当局的观察员资格。自70年代中期起,中国逐步同关贸总协定建立了联系。1982年我国首次派代表团以观察

In March 1950, the Taiwan authorities illegally announced their withdrawal from the GATT.
