卫生部党组书记、副部长张茅近日到卫生部人才中心调研时指出,对卫生人才的评价应更加注重工作业绩,更加注重技术能力,更加注重医德医风,更加注重群众满意度。卫生人才中心要加强卫生人才评价标准研究,探索建立科学的评价指标体系。
