北京市卫生局、北京市中医管理局卫生科技工作会议于1998年7月初在北京同仁医院召开。大会由北京市中医管理局张炳厚局长主持,北京市卫生局郭积勇副局长作了题为《深化科技体制改革、全面实施科教兴国战略,努力开创北京卫生科技工作新局面》的报告。报告首先回顾了北京市卫生系统在中央和北京市政府的领导下,遵循卫生科技自身发展的规律,跟踪国际先进技术,开展基础医学研究的情况;总结了对危害人们健康的重大疾病进行深入研究,并在疾病的防治工作中所取得的显著成绩。
The Sanitation Bureau of Beijing Municipal Health Bureau and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Science and Technology Work Conference were held in Beijing Tongren Hospital in early July 1998. The conference was presided over by the Director of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Bureau Zhang Binghou. The Deputy Director of Beijing Municipal Health Bureau Guo Jiyong made a report entitled “Deepening the Reform of the Science and Technology System, Implementing the Strategy of Rejuvenating the Country through Science and Education, and Creating a New Situation of Beijing Health Science and Technology Work”. The report first reviewed the Beijing health system under the leadership of the Central Government and the Beijing Municipal Government, following the rules of the development of health science and technology, tracking international advanced technologies, and conducting basic medical research; and summarizing the in-depth study of major diseases that endanger people’s health. , and made remarkable achievements in the prevention and treatment of diseases.
