中职生是特殊的群体,虽在学业水平上比不上普通高中生,但从智力的多元化角度看,有自身的优势和特点。作为中职校的班主任,可以借助心理学规律和效应,充分发挥自己的聪明才智,为中职生的终身发展奠定基础。
Secondary vocational students are special groups. Although they are inferior to ordinary high school students in academic level, they have their own advantages and characteristics from the perspective of intellectual diversity. As a class teacher in a secondary vocational school, we can make use of the laws and effects of psychology to give full play to our talents and lay the foundation for the lifetime development of secondary vocational students.
