通过理论分析和实验,明确了钢丝绳金属截面积与磁通量之间的数学关系式,研究了钢丝绳有效截面积与钢丝绳内部磁通量、钢丝绳剩余强度的关系,并以钢丝绳有效截面积为中间量,搭建了钢丝绳剩余强度与磁特性参数之间的关系。实验结果表明,钢丝绳剩余强度与磁通量的变化量呈线性关系,与剩余强度也呈线性关系。
Through theoretical analysis and experiment, the relationship between the cross-sectional area of metal wire rope and the magnetic flux is established.
