本文认为,在知识经济时代新形势下加强青年员工队伍建设,首先要强化以人为本的科学发展观意识,要重点抓好思想教育,强化岗位练兵,强化后继教育,提高创新能力,建立绩效考核制度,不断完善用人制度等方面工作,才能建立一支适应知识经济时代新形势发展需要的综合素质高的青年员工队伍,才能成为推动事业进步社会发展的重要力量。
This paper argues that to strengthen the building of a contingent of young people under the new situation of knowledge-based economy, we must first strengthen the awareness of people-centered scientific concept of development, focus on ideological education, strengthen post training, strengthen follow-up education, improve the ability to innovate, establish a performance appraisal system, Continuously improve the employment system and other aspects of work in order to establish a knowledgeable economic development needs of the new situation of high overall quality of the young workforce in order to promote social progress in the development of an important force.
