生物硷类滴眼剂的快速分析,一般是采用中和法、銀量法等测定阴离子部分。当滴眼剂中含有緩冲液时,上述测定方法受到限制,必須用有机溶剂抽提再测定生物硷含量,因而操作复杂費时,不适合药房快速分析之用。我們参考了及张鏡衷等用磷鎢酸与阿托品生成混浊进行目视比浊的方法,对8种处方(包括7种生物硷)的滴眼剂进行了試驗,并对操作条件进行了探討,提出了測定方法。此方法簡单迅速,可供医院药房
