本文通过对全市卫生事业所有制与公有制实现形式改革意向和实践的调查,分析了其改革的可能性与现实选择。认为所有制结构应该改革,公有制实现形式应该多样化,但现实又要求我们必须慎重操作。
This article analyzes the reform possibilities and the realistic choices by investigating the reform intention and practice of the form of public ownership and public ownership in the city. It is believed that the ownership structure should be reformed, and the form of public ownership should be diversified. However, reality requires that we must exercise caution.
