经协工作是改革开放的产物,是发展地方经济的重要手段。德阳市经协依据时代的要求,发挥着两个重要作用:一是管理市政府的驻外机构,行使引进协出、牵线搭桥,协调服务等行政职能。二是大力发展经协实体,形成“牵线”有手、“搭桥”有料的经济实力。 改革为我们带来了机遇,也使我们面临着挑战。自1984年经协办成立以来,我们就不断更新观念,积极探索,大胆抛弃了经协办实体是不务正业的陈旧观念,灵活运用“市场补缺法”,陆续上了几个“冷门”项目,起到了为地方经济发展“拾遗补缺”的良好
