制约甩挂运输发展的因素积重难返,其解决之道仍有赖于组合政策的长期引导和扶持,这既需要改革的时机,也需要耐心。9月7日,《中华人民共和国政府和大韩民国政府陆海联运汽车货物运输协定》(以下简称“《中韩协定》”)及第一阶段《议定书》在山东威海签订。此举标志着中韩两国正式启动陆海联运甩挂运输。
The factors that restrict the development of the sluggish transport industry are numerous and difficult. The solution to the problem still depends on the long-term guidance and support of the combination policy. This requires both the timing of reform and the need for patience. On September 7, the “Agreement for the Land and Sea Transport of Motor Vehicles by the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of Korea,” (hereinafter referred to as “the China-ROK Agreement”) and the “Phase I Protocol” were signed in Weihai, Shandong Province. The move marks the official launch by China and South Korea of land-sea transport linked to hang transport.
