The market study covered the first two years of a story about the radioactive contamination of a major industrial plant in a rural residential area and the release of radioactive powder in the air. The study was conducted to find out if the sales price of the dwellings near the factory affected the measurable distance. The study is also investigating the question of how far away from the factory will have any negative impact on value and whether continued reporting will lead to the continued increase in the negative impact on market value over time. This article presents the results and illustrates the applicability of standard statistics and other quantitative analyzes in measuring changes in location-related values.
