采用土培-水培联合体系培养方法研究了混作对玉米铁载体的分泌和花生铁营养的影响。向营养液中供给难溶性的氢氧化铁后,在不同的时间内测定加入氢氧化铁后混作玉米铁载体的分泌数量和花生新叶中活性铁的含量。结果表明,在6~15d中,混作玉米铁载体的分泌量高于单作玉米;花生新叶活性铁含量在加入难溶性氢氧化铁后第3d时,单作、混作花生新叶活性铁含量无明显的差异,而至第9d、第15d时,单作花生活性铁含量低于混作花生。混作玉米铁载体分泌数量的增加和改善花生铁营养基本保持同步的事实,揭示了花生铁营养状况得到了改善的原因。
The effects of mixed cropping on iron excretion and iron nutrition of peanut were studied by culture method of soil culture and hydroponics. After supplying ferric hydroxide with poor solubility to the nutrient solution, the secretion amount of the fermented corn iron carrier mixed with ferric hydroxide and the content of active iron in the new peanut leaf were measured at different time points. The results showed that during 6-15 days, the amount of mixed fermentable corn-iron carrier was higher than that of single-crop corn. The content of active iron in new-peanut new-leaf was the third day after adding ferric hydroxide, No significant difference, and by the 9d, 15d, single peanut iron content is lower than mixed peanut. The fact that the increase of the amount of iron carrier mixed with corn and the improvement of the iron nutrition of peanut basically kept in sync revealed the reasons why the nutritional status of peanut was improved.
