由眼球内排出玻璃异物,国内尚未见报道。我院于1981年3月遇到一例,特报道于下。患者:孙××,女性,27岁,牧民,住院号:129355。主诉:右眼反复红痛2月余。患者右眼于二年前,被其小孩丢入火炉内的青霉素瓶爆炸的碎片崩伤,当时流血水,疼痛,视力下降。曾在当地医院手术治疗,术后一般情况尚好,视力为眼前指数。一年前曾红痛,经治疗,炎症虽被控制,但眼已失明。近来又红痛难忍而转来我院。体检未发现异常。眼科检查:右眼视力无光感,刺激症状重,球结膜混合充血,角膜呈不均匀混浊
