患者黄,男性,21岁,阜宁县人。自诉8年前右眼被铁屑击伤,曾在我院治疗,当时未发现异物,仅作一般性治疗,自觉症状消失,角膜留下斑翳而未复诊。今年2月初,右眼不适畏光、异物感,视力下降,于2月9日来我院门诊。检查:右视力0.2,睫状充血+,裂隙灯检查,角膜瞳孔缘外侧混浊,浸润,轻度水肿隆起,角膜前弹力层向下有一棕黑色灶,境界清楚,约芝麻粒大,周围绕以黄褐前晕环,虹膜
