声带小结为耳鼻咽喉科临床常见疾病,在直接喉镜或间接喉镜下手术难度较大,易损伤声带肌层留下永久性声嘶;尽管近年来开展了喉内显微手术,但由于需行静脉复合麻醉及气管插管,使手术变得较复杂且有较严重并发症。我科门诊于1991年10月～1993年3月用日产BF—2T_(10)型Olympus的光导纤维支气管镜行60例双侧声带小结同时切除手术,取得良好的效果,现介绍如下。 资料与方法 一、临床资料 60例患者中男14例,女46例,年龄19～52岁,均为双侧声带小结;自发病至就诊时间3月至10年不等;本组以教师、营业员、歌舞厅歌手多见。术后随访半年以上者29例;随访结果,发声恢
