中鼻道开窗经上颌窦多窦术是在中鼻道侧壁进行开窗造引流口,进行上颌窦根治术或经上颌窦多鼻窦根治手术.我科通过53例患者的手术治疗,经7年临床观察疗效肯定,现将体会介绍如下:1 临床资料本组53例,男性42例,女性11例.军人20例,学生3例,工人13例,农民17例.年龄最小者20岁,最大者45岁.均表现不同程度鼻塞、流黄涕、头痛、嗅觉障碍、记忆力减退.病史最长者22年,最短者2年.本组53例均经过保守治疗,其中鼻息肉切除术后复发者18例.
