新时期我国对高职院校教育建设投入大量时间与精力,高职院校教育在短时间内实现了迅猛发展,招生数量激增。高职院校学生管理工作是整个高职院校的重要工作,工作成果的优劣直接关系到学校的办校效果。因此,拥有一套健康完善、积极有力的学生管理队伍对高职院校来说意义重大。本文通过对目前高职院校学生管理队伍存在的问题进行分析研究,提出了建设高效学生管理队伍的措施与计划。
In the new era, our country has devoted a great deal of time and energy to the educational construction of higher vocational colleges. Vocational education has achieved rapid development within a short period of time, and the number of enrollment has soared. The management of students in higher vocational colleges is an important work in the higher vocational colleges. The merits and demerits of the work results are directly related to the school’s effect of running schools. Therefore, having a well-established and vigorous student management team is of great significance to vocational colleges. In this paper, through analyzing the existing problems in the current management team of students in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the measures and plans for building a highly effective student management team.
