我公司纯碱厂采用一台XQC-300型G分度号的12点记录仪记录反应缸温度,由于所测温度较接近,记录的温度曲线密集,难于分辨出每条曲线反映的对应缸的温度。该记录仪量程为0~100℃,在现场使用中发现,根据工艺控制指标的要求,有六只反应缸温度应控制在23℃左右,另六只控制在33℃,反应过程中温度不会超过50℃。如果我们把其中六只反应缸的温度记录值人为地提高示值50℃,即把原记录仪的50℃值作为这六口反应缸的0℃,就可把温度记录曲线分为明显的两组,从而提高曲
